Legal
The rules that cover your use of the Bitzonex Cylora website and platform. Written so they can be read rather than skimmed.
The two things worth knowing before you read any further: trading carries real risk, and Bitzonex Cylora is a technology platform rather than a financial adviser.
Read the risk disclosureThese terms are an agreement between you and Bitzonex Cylora, and they cover your use of the bitzonexcylora-au.com website and the platform it describes. By using the website or registering an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You must be 18 years or older to register, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Bitzonex Cylora is a technology platform. It provides software that reads market data and places trades according to rules the account holder configures.
Bitzonex Cylora is not a broker, a dealer, a financial adviser or a custodian. We do not hold your funds, we do not execute orders on our own account, and we do not provide personal or general financial advice.
Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Any decision you make about your money is your own.
You agree to provide accurate information when you register, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that takes place under your account.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or where the law requires it.
Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. The use of leverage means that losses can exceed the amount you initially committed, and you may lose all of the funds in your account.
You acknowledge that no trading system, automated or manual, produces profits consistently, and that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
The full statement of these risks is set out on the risk disclosure page, which forms part of these terms.
The rules you configure govern what the engine does on your account. You are responsible for the rules you set, for the position sizes you allow, and for reviewing them as circumstances change.
You may pause the engine or place trades manually at any time. Bitzonex Cylora does not guarantee that any instruction will be executed at a particular price, particularly in fast or illiquid markets.
Accounts introduced through this website are held with third party financial services providers, and their terms and conditions apply to the account and to the funds in it. We do not control those terms and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers.
Where the website links to a third party, that link is not an endorsement of everything that third party does.
We aim to keep the website and the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults, and failures of networks or systems outside our control may interrupt the service.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service. Where a change is significant we will make reasonable efforts to let account holders know.
To the extent permitted by law, Bitzonex Cylora is not liable for trading losses, for lost profits, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the resupply of the service.
The website, its design, its text and the software behind the platform belong to Bitzonex Cylora and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the site for your own purposes but you may not copy, resell or redistribute it without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the foot of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the form on the contact page, which is the contact route this website publishes.
